Terry Rossitto – Rossitto Consulting
Terry is an infrastructure investment and development sector leader with over 20 years of industry credibility.  

His experiences extend to working with all tiers of government in the fields of infrastructure planning, development, delivery and commercial transactions.  As an engineer by trade, Terry’s insight into the sector has seen him manage and advance some of Queensland’s most complex private and public financed infrastructure programs.

Terry has held senior management roles in industry, local and state governments, leading a range of complex portfolios with infrastructure development outcomes.

Deputy Chair
Suzy is a projects and commercial Partner at Holding Redlich specialising in project development and operational contracts in the ports, civil construction and resources sectors. She has experience both in Australia and overseas, and has advised government clients, principals, developers, contractors and operators on a wide range of major infrastructure projects.

Suzy has previously worked in-house as a European Counsel for an international port operator in Belgium, as Corporate Counsel for a Queensland water GOC and as in-house counsel to support the feasibility stage of a major new coal project for one of Australia’s largest miners.  Known for her practical common sense approach and commerciality, Suzy understand the drivers behind getting the deal done.

Loren HickeyJohn Holland
Loren has more than 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. With degrees in Civil Engineering, Marketing and Public Relations, Loren is a bid management, strategy and business development professional with experience across the civil infrastructure, building, rail, natural resources and property development sectors throughout Australia.

Jon Frew – KPMG
Jon is a Director in KPMG’s Policy, Infrastructure and Planning Group who is specialises in the development of economic and financial appraisal of major infrastructure projects. Jon has worked within and alongside both the public and private sector, having been involved in the planning and development of some of the most significant urban and regional infrastructure projects and programs within Queensland and across Australia.

As a transport economist, Jon has an intimate knowledge of the planning, investment and asset lifecycle across transport modes including road, rail, freight and logistics and active transport. His broader experience covers water, energy, mining and tourism.

Luke Whistler -Delta Infrastructure Advisory
EPIQ Chair
Luke is a civil engineer with a range of experience throughout Australia and the UK. He has worked for a number of Australia’s leading consulting and construction firms and now directs his own consultancy business – Delta Infrastructure Advisory. 

Delivering clarity and value for clients in major infrastructure and leading multi-disciplinary teams to success is Luke’s focus. 

When he is not working on Queensland’s mega-projects, he spends time understanding the future of transport in our cities, playing at the beach with his family or working on his Fathers of Only Girls fundraising platform.

David Lester David Lester – Clayton Utz
Governance Subcommittee Chair
With a strong track record of advising on a number of major projects in Queensland, including Public Private Partnerships, David Lester works with clients from project structuring, procurement strategy, and tender formation through to evaluation, contract preparation, negotiation and administration.

He uses the invaluable commercial insight he’s gained from secondments to a number of the firm’s clients, including Macquarie Bank, Queensland Treasury, Queensland Cement Limited and ING Australia Ltd, to give sharp, practical advice to his clients, who include Government entities and major Australian companies and financial institutions.

David also advises borrowers and lenders on banking and finance matters including property, corporate, project and infrastructure financing.

Helen HutchingsPhillips Group
Membership, Events and Communications Subcommittee Chair
Helen is a Group Executive Director at Phillips Group and leads the infrastructure and public sector business divisions.  She has more than 20 years experience in communication, stakeholder engagement and issues and risk management, and is highly regarded for her strategic counsel. Helen has worked across all stages of project delivery from procurement and commercial transactions to planning, design and construction.  Her major projects experience encompasses the water, transport, rail, resources and energy and property sectors.

Priscilla Radice

Priscilla was recently appointed the CEO of the Infrastructure Association of Queensland (IAQ). The IAQ is the peak body representing the entire infrastructure sector across Queensland. As a member organisation, IAQ provides professional representation and value to members through government engagement, thought leadership and advocacy that supports a sustainable infrastructure industry in Queensland.

Priscilla is a leader with a proven track record in designing, implementing and leading transformational change. This has been demonstrated across the breadth of Priscilla’s corporate history, where she has led significant transformational programmes and shaped new operating models, with delivery of exceptional and sustainable results.

Most recently Priscilla was a Principal at Arup, in her role as Head of Strategy for Transport & Resources for Asia Pacific she was responsible for setting the overall strategic business direction, work winning and doubling the revenue to more than $300million annually. Prior to Arup, Priscilla was Head of Strategic Projects at the Port of Brisbane and has held various executive positions in city shaping roles in other capital and regional cities.

Priscilla is also a CEDA Trustee and a Patron of Brisbane Development Association. Priscilla is passionate about and has a strong record of industry wide collaboration to make Brisbane and Queensland economically stronger.

Kim has been with IAQ since September 2014. She has extensive project management, event management and marketing experience. Kim specialises in being a jack of all trades.
