14 March 2016 | Breakfast with the Deputy Premier to launch the State Infrastructure Plan
Event at a glance:
In partnership, IAQ, Consult Australia and Engineers Australia are delighted to bring you this eagerly anticipated event. Hear from the Deputy Premier about the Queensland Government’s vision and plan for infrastructure over the next 15 years.
Written in two parts A & B, the SIP sets the Government’s vision for the future with a new approach to infrastructure planning and prioritisation that articulates how Government will respond to key opportunities and challenges facing Queensland. SIP also provides certainty through a program of investment over the next four years, with future opportunities over the next 15 years without specifying solutions, in order to encourage innovation and ideas from industry.
What does it mean for you and your company? How will SIP help infrastructure professionals to direct their efforts? Where are the biggest opportunities and the greatest challenges? Come along to our breakfast and find out. Take up the opportunity to ask questions, network and boost the start of your working year with a session that’s not to be missed. You’ll also meet IAQ’s new President, Priscilla Radice and Chief Executive Officer, Steve Abson.
